In my 19+ years cultivating my massage practice*, I have developed wonderful, caring relationships with my clients in LA and the SF Bay Area. Once again, I am redefining my practice--this time to hone into healing West Sonoma County! I look forward to delivering relief, relaxation, healing and transformation to every client I have the opportunity to work with!
I have extensive experience with recovery from childbirth, C-sections, knee and hip replacements, as well as understanding body mechanics through past years of performance as a professional dancer. I am so grateful to be able to have helped so many sisters, grandmothers, best friends, and 40+ pregnancies!
*My specialties are in Pre/Post Natal and Geriatric massage, working primarily on women and their families. However, my skills are not limited to those modalities and I am willing to work on male clients with a referral or pre-screening chat. Thank you for understanding this is for my safety, not exclusivity, as parts of West County have spotty cell reception.

I believe in the benefits of receiving regular massage for posture correction, aches and pains, old injuries or surgeries, imbalance due to repetitive use and THERAPEUTIC SELF-CARE. I can offer soothing Swedish Massage or Deep Tissue--what I describe as "Productive Discomfort." I approach each client differently for each treatment and will develop a long-term strategy with you, as well as addressing your needs for each session in-the-moment.
I am honored to have been a part of over 40 pregnancies! Deep relaxation is essential during this time of rapid physiological changes. I have all of the necessary cushions and pillows to accommodate Mom's growing needs for comfort. I am grateful to all of the expectant mothers I have served over the years, as I have learned so much from taking care of each amazing woman!
